What people are saying.

  • Harrison has played an important role in CCMC’s story, bringing mathematical expertise to some of our most difficult R&D problems. As a mathematician, he has a rare ability to spot patterns, assumptions, and subtle problems others might overlook. He combines mathematical intuition with the discipline to understand why something works. Where others may settle for the easiest path, Harrison looks for the most optimal one, even when it takes more work. His work helped strengthen our international patent pathway and played an important role in advancing our government partnerships and procurement positioning. Thank you, Harrison.

  • Working with Harrison was one of the best decisions I've made in my professional career. I transitioned careers almost 20 years after getting my Bachelors in Computer Science, resulting in me going back for my Masters. I needed support specifically in higher-level mathematics, where Harrison excels. After shoring up pre-requisites and theory, I decided to pursue the thesis track that Harrison helped me navigate adeptly. Following my graduation, I have continued to collaborate with him on open-ended research that culminated in the development of a fault tolerance workshop that will be made publicly available soon. As an aside, I began working with Harrison well before the advent of LLMs. Even as the AI models have grown more capable and powerful, I still prefer to work with him as a skillful guide -- to avoid hallucinations/faulty conclusions and, most importantly, for the intuition he brings to the problems that arise in the work we do together.
